Yamaguchi is an inventor and developer of UBIDEN based on advanced mobile network and IoT/AI technology.
He is leading to develop “UBIDEN” platform.
Tatsuro Shiraishi
COO & Co-founder
Shiraishi has 15yrs experience of marketing and sales in SoftBank Corp.
He is in charge of business development, marketing and sales in UBIDEN Inc.
Daisuke Tsuyuki
CFO
Tsuyuki led the launch of an MVNO business at The Walt Disney Company (Japan). He subsequently worked in investment and new business development at GREE, KDDI, and SoftBank’s UK operations. After serving in corporate planning at JapanTaxi (now GO), he held the position of CFO at a startup company before joining Ubiden in January 2024. At Ubiden, he oversees fundraising, business management, and corporate strategy. He was appointed Executive Officer and CFO in April 2026. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University in the United States.
